Beth Panoff – NP

Beth Panoff earned her Master’s Degree from Columbia University in 2003 with honors as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Originally from New York, she moved to Wilmington with her wonderful husband and 11-year-old son in 2015.

Beth’s journey began in the busy NYC Emergency Departments, then extended to working with the renowned Dr Oz and team caring for end-stage heart failure patients with artificial heart pumps as a bridge to transplantation at the prestigious Columbia University Medical Center. Witnessing the profound impact of lifestyle choices on overall health, Beth recognized the limitations of conventional medicine and ignited a passion for functional medicine.

During this journey Beth became fascinated by the way we could transform our health and body through proper nutrition and exercise, which led her to compete in figure and physique competitions in 2009-2015.

In 2000 Beth found the Seed Scientific Research and Performance group and began learning more about cellular health at the same time I started my practice Arcadia Insititute For Health and Longevity PLLC where I focus on identifying imbalances and underlying dysfunction with an individualized approach  to correct those imbalances.

She is currently a Fellow with Seeds Scientific Research and Performance (SSRP) and completing the Anti-aging Fellowship with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M).

Beth’s goal is to improve longevity while preventing chronic disease through and individualized program of lifestyle, hormone balancing, along with peptide and cellular therapies.

Kristen is a UNC Chapel Hill graduate and nurse with 22 years of experience. She has specialized in emergency care for 15 years. She, along with two of her best friends, ultimately began a podcast to empower people with the information they have learned. Her passion is to educate others to become the best version of themselves—inside and out—and most importantly to help keep people out of doctors’ offices and hospitals.
